Dawn Yager has been practicing yoga since 1993. She developed an early practice of mantra and mudra which comes out in her classes. She believes that the intention behind the practice is the foundation for change. Expect to be challenged while keeping in line with what the body needs any given day. Dawn has been teaching on the Grand Strand since 2004. She is grateful to her students for their support in her dream, to open a yoga studio that is a refuge for the body, mind and spirit. |

Todd Geiser has been practicing yoga since 2002. The foundation for his asana practice has been the Ashtanga Vinyasa system, but he enjoys learning from many other disciplines of yoga. He encourages everyone to develop an asana yoga practice with personal modifications that honors a healthful and mindful body. During class he likes to support the journey of exploring the emotional, mental, and spiritual benefits of expanding your physical comfort zone. |

Practicing since 2001, Walt Mayo tried yoga as a last resort when back pain interfered with his ability to surf and work. Amazed at the results, Walt became a "true believer" and has never looked back. His vinyasa classes are challenging, building a strong, grounded relationship with the Earth and the Breath. With emphasis on powerful poses that encourage being fully engaged both physically and mentally, his sequences include transitions between poses which are as integral to the practice as the asanas themselves.. | |||||||||||||||
