Elise Angell

My journey with yoga began in 2005 and at the time, I felt a connection to the practice I couldn’t
explain-something propelling me forward to learn more. I realized that yoga is not something I do,
but rather something I am. I received my yoga teacher training at Shanti Yoga Studio in Myrtle Beach,
SC with the shared wisdom of Todd Geiser and Dawn Yager in Vinyasa/Ashtanga seeded in the sutras.
There is a deep connection to the work we do on the mat that transcends to daily life and the more we
come to the mat the deeper that connection. Through the practice, I look forward to pushing the limits
to explore the divine within and connect to our true nature. I have learned, through yoga, all is possible.
